  It does amaze me how different peoples experiences differ. I have nothing but good things to say about this store, my particular salesman was very helpful & gave us lots of good advice. After shopping around we returned to purchase our lovely new sofa. Although we measured the room we live in a town house & did not take into consideration that our lounge is upstairs, so guess what it would not go up the stairs after 2 attempts at delivery with no success !! After speaking to our salesman he told us not to panic and we would not have to keep it they would sell it on through the branch. We choose an alternative that would go up the stairs & they even lent us some chairs to sit on whilst we waited for the replacement as we had sold our old sofa. Top service IMO.
